What brands or types of washers and dryers do you rent?
We rent clean and sanitized late model LG & Whirlpool top or front loading units.
Is there a long-term commitment?
Nope! You can rent month-to-month. Just choose the length that works for you. Please note: rentals under 6 months include a $50 service fee.
How do I get started with the rental process?
Fill out the request form and someone will get back to you within 48 hours to schedule delivery.
Do you offer single-unit rentals (washer-only or dryer-only)?
Yes, if you only need a washer or dryer, you can rent them for $35 each plus tax. Choose your preferred unit when filling out the request form.

How soon can you deliver?
Generally we can set up delivery within 3-5 days of receiving your request.
Do you install the units for me?
Yes, we do! Everything is included for set-up.
Do I need to be home during delivery?
Yes please.
What hookups or space do I need for installation?
Standard washer and dryer hookups are required. We are unable to modify or create additional space for installation.

When is my monthly payment due? Your first payment is due at the time of delivery. After that, payments will be automatically withdrawn on the same day each month. What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept VISA & Mastercard credit/debit cards.
Are there late fees if I miss a payment?
Yes, there is a $10 late fee per day for missed payments.
Is there a deposit or startup fee?
Nope! Your first payment on delivery day covers everything—no additional fees required.

What happens if my washer or dryer stops working?
Scan the QR code on the machine or click on contact us.
Do you charge for service calls or repairs?
No! All repairs are included in your rental.
How fast can you come out to fix an issue?
We generally can be out to repair or replace your unit within 48 hours.
+ Policies
Do I need to give notice before ending my rental?
Yes! Just give us a heads-up at least two weeks before you want your units picked up. You can scan the QR code on your machine or click “Contact Us.” Keep in mind that rental fees aren’t pro-rated.
Can I move the washer/dryer to another home or apartment?
We’d love to do that for you! Just give us at least two weeks’ notice, and we’ll pick up your units and deliver and set them up at your new location.

Chances are, yes! If we’re not in your area yet, check back soon—we’re expanding all the time.
What if I’m in an upstairs apartment — can I still rent a washer?
Yes, you can. We have strong young men delivering your units! Please make a note of it in your request form.
Do you rent to short-term renters, students, or seasonal residents?
